By signing up to be a Let’s Get Lathered! ambassador, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Any failure to comply will see your ambassador accounts terminated.

Let’s Get Lathered! reserve the right to update or change the Terms of Service if required. Continued use of the Program after any such changes will give your consent to the updated Terms of Service.

Upon approval of ambassador accounts, you will be provided with a discount code that will deduct your commission before you pay for an order, this will not deduct a percentage off postage and packaging costs.

Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older and live in the UK to become an ambassador.

• You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

• You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

• You may not use the ambassador Program for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

• You are permitted to use any photos belonging to Let’s Get Lathered! You must not alter any watermarks if they’re present.

• You must not rename, rebrand or repackage any products.

• You are solely responsible for the content, development and maintenance of your own accounts, ensuring your content is not libellous, Copy write or incorrect.

• You are responsible for your own customers and orders.

• Your discount code will be valid for as long as a £30 minimum monthly order is made, we understand life can get in the way (holidays, illness etc) so if you have any issues just send me a message. 

• You will not receive a commission from returned or refunded items or cancelled orders

• Accounts must have an order placed within 30 days of signing up, or will be closed down.

• Freebie bundles cannot be added and saved up, they are given with every qualifying order, we would hate for any to get missed!

• Any account/code that is dormant for months with no contact will be closed.

• Let's Get Lathered! do not encourage (gambling (raffles, tombolas, games ect) if you choose to do this, it is at your discretion. 

• You CANNOT undercut Let's Let Lathered's prices and can only offer discounts that we have valid in-store and online.

• You must not sell any other Bath or Home fragrance products.

• You are responsible for your own Vehicle Business Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.

Let’s Get Lathered! Reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account or the ambassador program without warning.

Purchases made through a Let’s Get Lathered! Ambassador.

Let’s Get Lathered! ambassadors are self-employed and supply the products to their customers. They also may make hampers, gift sets, sample packs and may add “extras” to hampers which are not supplied / provided by Let’s Get Lathered! If you have a complaint or query relating to your order – in the first instance, please contact the person you purchased from. If the issue is not resolved, then please contact us via the contact form.

Let’s Get Lathered! cannot be held responsible for the actions of self-employed ambassadors we provide information relating to the products we retail and provide images, however we have terms and conditions that we do expect our consultants to adhere to and if you have an issue you cannot resolve amicably we will intervene in order to try and resolve.
