• Our products will come bagged & labelled ready for resale.

• We do not ‘white label’, so our labels cannot be removed for insurance purposes.

• Our minimum order amount is £100, no VAT will be added, however orders under this amount will be cancelled unless we have spoken and an exception allowed.

• Unfortunately using a courier service some products can get damaged, we do everything we can to try and prevent this! If this does happen then don’t worry, just send us a message along with a picture and we will contact the courier to resolve any issues and arrange replacements where needed.

• We will always aim to process and ship your order within 7 working days however occasionally delays occur which are outside of our control.

• The RRP prices stated on each product, are the prices in our shop and you do not have to stick to these prices, however, you MUST NOT undercut our RRP.
